Return Policy

Returns
We accept returns. Returned products must be in the same condition as when the product was originally purchased/received. Returns will be refunded for the full price of the item excluding returns of items that were not as described/damaged. If the item is defective or damaged upon receipt the buyer must notify us within 14 days of the receipt and make return arrangements. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the day of receipt. All returns must be sent via a traceable source. Any returns that have obvious signs of use will not be accepted.

If you would like a prepaid return label for your return please let us know and we will provide one for your return. Prepaid return labels cost $7.95 and the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-2 business days after we have received your return. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless you received an item that is materially different from the item you ordered or the item is defective. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges
We can only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, please Contact Us here or give us a call at 304-241-1368 with details of the product and the defect. We will provide you with a prepaid label or you can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send a replacement product.
